Pot Notes

This morning in Teacher Cadet we started off by reading this article about self esteem. in the article the girl talked about how a pot from her child hood reminded her of people who have high self esteem versus people who have low self esteems. She said that the amount of confidence someone has in their selves shows by the way they treat themselves and others. I believe this to be completely true, because if you don't feel good about yourself most of the time you're going to make others feel bad about themselves. So to conclude the lesson we all picked out a pot and decorated it. Everyday we are going to write a note to two different people and put them in their pot. These notes are going to be words of encouragement so we can build each other up instead of bringing each other down.
